"It's a Gymboree Day!"

Every Saturday morning I know it's going to be a good day. And Reece does as soon as he awakes and I tell him, "Gymboree is today!" He gets instantly excited. And instant happiness fills the air. Gymboree really is a toddler's dream. There are babies to play with (and steal balls from hah), parachutes to take rides on and go under, bubbles to pop, tunnels to crawl through, toys to climb on (and not share) and just pure fun everywhere!

Tunnel Lovin'

I just love spending time there with my Little One. And when I'm there I also love to look around at the other parents and think only here at Gymboree would grown men be half hanging out of a tunnels laughing with their little one, and ladies rolling on the ground as they sing nursery rhymes. It's a place where you get to turn into a kid yourself. Being a kid with your kid, it doesn't get much better than that. And that's why my favorite day, just like Reece, is Saturday.

Backyard Daddy Memories

One of Reece's favorite places to be is outside. And our backyard. He loves running around aimlessly, and doing little boyish things: picking up rocks, trying to climb under the jeep, chasing our dogs, picking up grass and leaves and just squealing like only a little boy can.

He really loves it when the whole family is out to play with him. Especially his Daddy. There's nothing like riding on your Daddy's shoulders and spending precious moments with him feeling on top of the world. And also just moments. It's sometimes the quiet moments that are the most special. A hug, a sharing of a smile, a quiet ride in someone's arms, sitting quietly together and just silently loving. Many special, quiet moments were found here today. And any day with special moments, whether made outside or somewhere inside, quiet or quite crazy, are moments to remember and treasure forever.

And many moments were captured today. Some quiet and some not. But all special. And you can definitely see from these pictures Reece couldn't be much happier. I really don't think anyone could be much happier than this Little One. :)
